Low Carb Vanilla Bread

Ingredients
3/4 cup Quest Protein - Vanilla
1/8 cup pasteurized liquid egg whites
1 tablespoon baking powder
4 oz. sweetener of your choice
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 large eggs
1/8 cup water
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400.  Oil a Pyrex loaf pan and set aside.  Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl.  Mix all liquid ingredients in a large bowl then add dry ingredients and mix with a hand mixer for one minute.  Pour into the loaf pan and bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.  Wait until it cools to cut.
