Gluten Free Oatmeal Protein Cookies

Ingredients
2 scoops Quest Protein - Vanilla
2 cups gluten-free quick oats
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1-2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/3 cup brown sugar or 1/3 cup honey

Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.  The mixture should feel like sticky cookie dough.  If it is dry/crumbly, add more milk.  If it is too runny, add more Quest Protein.  Drop by spoonfuls onto greased or parchment lined cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
