Ingredients
First Layer - 1 1/2 cups finely chopped walnuts 1/3 cup Quest Protein - Vanilla 4 tablespoons melted butter
Second Layer - 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese 1 cup Cool Whip 1/2 cup Splenda
Third Layer - 1 (6 oz) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix 2 1/2 cups milk
Fourth Layer - 1 (6 oz) package sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix 2 12 cups milk
Fifth Layer - Cool Whip chopped walnuts
Preparation Mix ingredients for first layer together, spread in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.
Mix ingredients for second layer. Spread over first layer. Mix ingredients for third layer. Spread over second layer. Mix ingredients for fourth layer. Spread over third layer. Spread cool whip over the fourth layer and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. |
