Ingredients: 4 scoops Quest Protein - flavor of your choice 1 egg 1/2 cup water 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp vanilla
Mix thoroughly. Makes 6-8 pancakes or 2 waffles.
Variations: (add any of the following) - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - 2 tsp pecan or macadamia nuts - 1/4 cup sliced apples or mashed banana
